July 26th, 2008 Race Results - Rocky Mountain Raceways

Kipp Posey of Lehi, Utah captured his second main event win of 2008 on Saturday night at Rocky Mountain Raceways. Posey driving a Wysong Chassis sponsored by Isagenix and MotoX outlet, started 6th moved through the field and passed leader James Powell on lap 21 of the 25 lap main event. Posey also captured his 4th AutoTrader Fast Qualifier trophy of 2008. With the win Posey increased his 2008 point lead to 29 points with 3 races remaining. Powell hed on for second place with 2007 champion Tim Savage finishing 3rd, his ighest finish of a trouble plagued 2008.

Heat race 1 was captured by rookie Gregg Fuette, his first heat race win, and Powell.
